Careers
Build your career around quality repairs
We are building a team that solves vehicle problems carefully, explains findings clearly and checks completed work. Tell us about your experience and the skills you want to develop. We will confirm current opportunities before discussing a role.
Mechanical technician
Relevant skills include brakes, steering and suspension, tires and balancing, alignment, electrical testing, scan-tool use and vehicle-specific maintenance. Strong candidates can explain their diagnostic process and document measurements and repair checks.
Developing technician
Bring a foundation in safe tool use, vehicle care and following instructions. Discuss supervised maintenance, tire service and inspection work, with a training plan matched to demonstrated skills.
Service advisor and coordinator
Listen to customer concerns, record accurate intake information, explain estimates and approvals, coordinate parts and capacity, and keep customers informed about timing and transportation.
Shared-shop teamwork
The facility supports mechanical and collision repair. Staff may support duties across both operations within their training and qualifications. Assigned work and responsibilities are discussed for each role.
What good work looks like here
Use applicable repair information, record relevant findings, protect customer vehicles, communicate changes before additional work, and verify the agreed repair. Productivity matters alongside workmanship, reliable documentation and teamwork.
Training and development
We discuss existing skills, supervised tasks and training needs before assigning work. Development priorities include diagnosis, inspection documentation, equipment use and completion checks. Independent responsibilities should grow with demonstrated competence.
Schedule and compensation
Our current staffing focus is normal business hours. Additional shifts are planned in phases. Role duties, working hours, compensation, available benefits and any future shift arrangements will be explained during the hiring discussion before an offer is accepted.
